PLAY: 3 points the PS5 logo launch should have considered

Sony Launched the new logo for the Playstation 5 this week and I was surprised to see it wasn’t only me who thought…something is off with this logo. Even the video when it was announced was telling, no one applauded or reacted which I think is telling. So I wanted to use this opportunity to lend my expertise to this area and suggest 3 points Sony and any company for that matter should consider with their logo.

1. A COMPANY’S LOGO EVOLUTION IS A DELICATE PROCESS.

It should feel like a well told story beautifully unfolding and not a haphazard add on.

2. MANY HAVE INVESTED IN YOUR BRAND.

So don’t half@$$ it, your standards need to remain high so you can meet or exceed expectations or else…

3. FANS & DESIGNERS LIKE ME WILL CHALLENGE YOU TO DO BETTER
